Zscaler SSL Inspection Configuration

If you use Zscaler for SSL inspection, Zscaler replaces Ataccama-provided SSL certificates with Zscaler-provided SSL certificates. Among other issues, this can make ONE Gen2 environments inaccessible from ONE Desktop.

To avoid problems, you should exempt all Ataccama hostnames from SSL inspection in Zscaler. To do this, in Zscaler, you must first create a custom category containing all necessary Ataccama URLs, and then add the custom category to the Bypassed URLs list.
