Pushdown processing

Currently, Snowflake and Databricks connections support pushdown execution.

For these connections, profiling jobs always run in pushdown and not in Ataccama’s runtime.

You can configure whether pushdown processing is used for DQ evaluation. To learn more, see Pushdown Processing and When to Use Pushdown for DQ Evaluation.

Data observability

Data observability supports the following connectors:

  • Apache Airflow with OpenLineage

  • dbt Core with OpenLineage

  • Dagster with OpenLineage

  • AWS Glue with OpenLineage

  • Azure Data Factory with OpenLineage

  • GCP Cloud Data Fusion with OpenLineage

For details, see Pipeline Monitoring.

Lineage

Some connectors are supported exclusively for lineage. For a complete list of lineage connectors, see Supported Technologies.
