Cloud Regions and Data Residency
Ataccama ONE Agentic runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the US and the EU. Your data, metadata, and backups stay in your environment’s Region, and logs and generative AI requests stay in the same geography.

Data residency
Your environment is hosted in a single Region. This is where the platform stores and processes your data and metadata. Your data, metadata, and backups don’t leave this Region.
Logs and generative AI requests stay in the same geography as your environment: EU environments use EU regions, and US environments use US regions. For details about generative AI, see AI Governance and Security.
