Increase Maximum Memory Size
You can increase the maximum amount of your system’s memory ONE Desktop can use. This can help increase performance when processing heavy jobs and prevent memory-related issues. For example recounting the local model for MDM, copying files to your workspace, or fetching a large number of records.
Only change this value if your system is equipped with enough resources to handle the increase. |
To increase maximum memory size:

Go to the folder in which you installed ONE Desktop.

Open
one-desktop.ini
in a text editor. -
Change the value of the memory parameter (
Xmx
). For example,-Xmx4096m
. -
Save the file and run ONE Desktop.
