Increase Maximum Memory Size
You can increase the maximum amount of your system’s memory ONE Desktop can use. This can help increase performance when processing heavy jobs and prevent memory-related issues. For example recounting the local model for MDM, copying files to your workspace, or fetching a large number of records.
| Only change this value if your system is equipped with enough resources to handle the increase. |
To increase maximum memory size:
-
Go to the folder in which you installed ONE Desktop.
-
Open one-desktop.ini.
-
Change the value of the memory parameter ( Xmx). For example,-Xmx4096m.
-
Save the file and run ONE Desktop.
