Switch the Workspace

A workspace is a directory on your machine that contains your projects. The default workspace folder is [INSTALLATION_FOLDER]/workspace.

You can change the default workspace by clicking File > Switch Workspace > Other and selecting the location of the new workspace.

You can define multiple workspaces and switch between them. A workspace can be either inside or outside the installation folder.

If you are working with multiple versions of ONE Desktop (or another build), we recommend having a separate workspace for each version.

When you open a plan file created in a different version of the IDE, you are prompted to change its version to the currently opened version of the IDE. Doing so might change properties of the steps that changed between these versions.
