Browsing Master Record Hierarchies

MDM Web App lets you explore relationships between records from different entities by viewing them in a hierarchy. To start browsing a record hierarchy, do one of the following:

Right-click a search result and select Open as hierarchy.
From the record detail view, select Hierarchy in the record detail toolbar.

Main browsing actions

Here are some of the main features of hierarchy browsing:

Click endpoints (+) to see related records. M:N connections are captioned by a relationship (for example, guarantor, FAMILY, owner).
Move the hierarchy around by clicking at any part of the canvas and dragging.
Zoom in and out by scrolling the mouse wheel.
Right-click any endpoint and select Collapse this or Collapse other.
Right-click any record and select Close this, Close connected, or Close all except this.
Double-click a record to see the record detail.
